Football Friday: Newnan vs Northside [Warner Robins]

The "Road to the Dome" makes one final stop at Drake Stadium home of the Newnan Cougars. They take on the Northside [Warner Robins] Eagles. Both teams competed in nail biting contests last week, both winning by less than a touchdown. Northside is looking to recapture the state title they won in 2006, but they must defeat the Cougars, a feat no team has accomplished all year.

Football Friday: Stephenson vs. Colquitt County

The Stephenson High School Jaguars have their eyes squarely fixed on the State Championship after a shutout win over Bradwell [44-0]in the first round of the playoffs. This week, they host the Colquitt County Packers who also shut out their opponent last week [10-0]. Will Stephenson continue their historic undefeated season or can Colquitt County pull off the upset on the road at Halford Stadium? Football Friday: Roswell vs. Lassiter

The 2009 Georgia High School football regular season draws to a close this week. As the lights dim on the careers of some high school stars, others will continue on the Road to the Dome. This week, finds GPB.org broadcasting live from Frank Fillman Stadium as the Lassiter Trojans face off against the Roswell Hornets.

Its Senior Night for the Trojans and they are attempting to send off their upperclassmen with an undefeated season. The Hornets enter the game undaunted, as they also tout a perfect 9-0 record. This battle of undefeated teams will determine the Class 5A Region 7 Champion.

Football Friday: Lassiter vs. Walton

The temperature may be dropping right along with the leaves, but the competition heats up this week on GPB's Football Friday. The Trojans of Lassiter High School [7-0] look to extend their undefeated season, while the Walton Raiders [6-1] attempt to bounce back from their first loss of the season last week.
